Thanks to the experience gained over the years 2020-2022, we have decided to change our corporate culture by launching the Dynamic Working Project in January 2023, our highly flexible smart working model, not only to support remote working, but to build a more agile and flexible working style.
Dynamic Working is a new way of thinking about an agile and flexible global workforce, created by our team, which allows us to hire talent, no matter where they are located, making offices real spaces based on needs.
It’s more than just letting employees work from home and making sure they have the tools they need to do it, or rethinking how and where we hire as a company, how our offices are designed, our engagement and global employee experiences. It is also a question of examining flexible working hours, turning to the work-life balance advantage.
Therefore, Dynamic Working provides employees not only with the flexibility to work from anywhere, whether in the office or at home, but also with comparable benefits, flexible hours and work environments and experiences, regardless of their location.
INNOVERY FUTURE IN AN INTERVIEW
WHERE IS INNOVERY GOING AND WHY DID WE CHOOSE THIS PATH?
The work-life balance concept has been widespread and meaningful for years in many European and non-European countries. Just as it is its main declination in the professional field, that is ‘smartworking’. The pandemic has accelerated the phenomenon even in those countries that till then had proved to be more ‘lazy’, such as Italy.
Even Innovery, its managers and teams have been able to transform and innovate and today we are proud to give full and structured shape to our smart-working model. We wanted to call it Dynamic Working to emphasize the high flexibility and dynamism that distinguish it.
WHICH KIND OF COMPANY SHOULD ITS EMPLOYEES EXPECT IN THE FUTURE?
Therefore, we expect to create a corporate culture based on increasingly goal-oriented work, to collaboration and a sense of responsibility, with the aim of promoting the well-being of Employees, the competitiveness of the Group, the sustainability of the Environment.
AND IN THE NEAR FUTURE? WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
The layout of the company’s spaces will be redefined and mapped as well as the «Innovery SmartDesk» platform will be launched shortly, in order to reserve the workstations in the Group’s offices, in Italy and abroad.
